Containers

How do I acquire a container?

After providing us with your specification, you will be provided with our catalogue and within 48 hours of payment we will deliver your container to anywhere in Sierra Leone.

How can I get my purchased container to its destination?

We have heavy duty cranes and forklifts that will be made available for hire with truck delivery solution at a reasonable price. Please enquire for more information.

Costs and Taxes

What are shipping line and port costs?

The average for a 20ft is $350 and 40ft is $715 (these include a refundable deposit of $200 and $400 respectively)

What are the fees and taxes?

Typically a 1% destination inspection fee is charged on all goods above $2,000.

Duties payable on machinery and spare parts depend on whether new or second hand; however the range is between 5 - 20%.Income tax (3%), NEC (0.5%), GST (15%).
